The cleanliness was perfect, with the rooms and common areas being well-maintained. The hotel facilities were great, especially the rooftop pool with a refreshing escape. the staff were great too ensure my comfort, providing excellent service and assistance throughout my stay. The location was also ideal, as it was in close proximity to the new city center, making it convenient for exploring and experiencing the city's attractions. The hotel was also conveniently located near the bus station, made transportation easy and accessible.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel has great attention to detail, making me feel at home and pampered during my stay. The staff provided a warm personal welcome and the room had a thoughtful plate of fruit. The cleanliness of the hotel and hugs from the cleaning ladies were much appreciated. Additionally, the swimming pool on the rooftop was a refreshing break from the hot weather in Marrakech.
The lock on the bathroom door was broken and never fixed.
